My teaching method is patterned after the English and American styles, emphasizing on proper technique

                                              and placement that is required in classical ballet.

 Yoga Level I : Ages 18 and up.
 
 Chair Yoga: Ages 50 and up.
 
 Grace & Strength: Ages 50 and up.

Children's Ballet:

 

Ages 8-12. Beginning level.

​

Ages 9 and up.  Intermediate level with 2-3 years prior training. 



Ages 11 and up.  Intermediate level with 4-5 years prior training.


Ages 11 and up. Intermediate to Advanced levels with emphasis on pointe technique.

 

Ages 14 and up. Advance level with emphasis on pointe technique and performance. 

Teen Ballet:

 

Ages 13 and up.  Basic technique with little or no prior training.

 

Ages 15 and up. Beg./Int.with 2-3 years prior  training.



Adult Ballet: Age 18 and up. All levels

 

Private Classes: All ages. All levels.

 

Summer Intensive Workshops

Available to teach all levels in July and August.

 

Master Classes: Available by appointment.
